Account Executive (m/f/d)

Your role

As an Account Executive you are responsible for the acquisition of new customers. You are part of our Launch Team for the Benelux and work together with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success. The goal is to find ideal customers, engage with these via inbound and outbound tactics and convert qualified leads into enthusiastic customers of Circula. In this role you will be instrumental in Circula's growth strategy for the Benelux market. This is your opportunity to join a European FinTech/ SaaS Leader and to develop into a Sr Account Executive, Key Account Manager or Team Lead within a short period of time! You will shape the future of this market and be in the driver's seat for your personal and professional growth!

  • Acquisition of new customers for Circula

  • Responsibility for the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closing

  • Development and implementation of lead generation measures in cooperation with Sales Development, Inbound Marketing and Partnerships

  • Gathering of customer requirements, product presentation and support of companies during pilot phase

  • Responsibility for complete buying center and communication with decision makers

  • Completion and handover to Customer Success for successful roll-out

  • Gathering of new customer requirements and coordination with product and management for the development of new customer segments and strategic further development of Circula

Your Qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales with proven successes

  • Enthusiastic, motivated and self-reliant person with a will to succeed

  • Strong communicator and active listener with the ability to clearly outline the customer's situation and align Circula's solutions to the customer's needs

  • Willing to challenge existing processes and incorporate successful tactics into the sales organization

  • Team player with a passion for a dynamic environment where people push each other and celebrate successes

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Dutch and English are required
