As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in Circula’s success story, at the same time as growing your career in sales, laying the foundations for your own career development. You will work closely with your teammates in Sales and across the company, from Marketing to Partnerships, to turn strangers into excited customers.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Development:
You will be responsible for generating new B2B customers (leads), using outbound measures to optimize impact eg. phone, email, LinkedIn, Xing etc
You identify and reach out to inbound leads from our database, to qualify opportunities for your Account Executive teammates
You will research all necessary information about your customers having a better understanding of their pain points, offering Circula products as effective solutions to their problems
You work closely with the entire Sales team, helping to continuously improve and optimize our sale strategy
You collect customer feedbacks, sharing information with the internal teams, working to create the best buyers’ experience
