YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA
As our Interim People Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting the employee experience at Circula. Your mission is to partner with our teams to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment. You will be a key player in the People & Culture team, supporting various topics including People Operations, Learning & Development, and Employee Lifecycle Management. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, you will work closely with all levels of the organization to implement and manage HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Trusted advisor & sparring partner: You serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance and support on all aspects of people management, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Go-to People Partner for Circulators: You act as the go-to trusted partner for employees seeking advice on different HR-related concerns, offering guidance on several topics such as career development, employee benefits, workplace issues, ensuring employees feel supported.
Lead key HR initiatives: work closely with employees, senior management and external stakeholders to develop HR programmes to support our business goals and promote employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: You welcome new Circulators on their onboarding day and conduct regular employee check-ins to ensure they are well-integrated and feel welcomed. You manage effectively the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition, gathering valuable feedback and maintaining positive relationships with departing employees.
Ensure compliant HR processes: collaborate with the people team to ensure all HR processes are kept up to date and compliant with current labour laws and regulations, as we continue to scale.
Champion Circula’s culture: continue to foster our Circula community through workplace culture initiatives where all employees feel valued, respected and supported.
YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
Qualifications: min.3 years of experience as an HR generalist or Business Partner, with a strong knowledge of HR best practices and German employment law.
Ownership: you own all things related to your departments, and are trusted by senior management and employees, as you can quickly navigate multiple open tasks and queries.
Drive: you have the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Collaboration: you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to drive positive business outcomes.
Growth Mindset: you believe in the potential for development and improvement through effort, learning and perseverance. You embrace a growth mindset which can profoundly impact the whole organisation.
Transparency: you are an open and honest person, who likes to share experiences in your team and welcome transparent feedback
Language: you are fluent in English, which is important for our international Circulators. At the same time, your job requires conversations with our German colleagues and authorities, so very good German language skills are also needed.
